Andrew Hyatt’s "Sometimes It Don’t” EP brings together what fans love most about him: catchy hooks, clever songwriting, gritty vocals and plenty of personality.
Following the more Americana and songwriter focused "Andrew Hyatt And The Ten Year War" EP, this collection highlights Andrew’s knack for writing the kind of country songs that are impossible not to sing along to.
From the messy, heart on your sleeve title track “Sometimes It Don’t” to the feel good “Neon Midnight Mass” and gritty “Cigarette Smoke,” the the EP is packed with memorable hooks, honest lyrics, and Andrew’s signature energy. The focus track, “Rather Be Drinking A Beer,” keeps that momentum going with an infectious pop-country sound and a chorus built for summer, beaches, cold drinks and forgetting whatever (or whoever) you were supposed to be thinking about.
Fun, relatable, a little messy and full of songs that stick with you, "Sometimes It Don’t" is Andrew Hyatt doing what he does best.
