How can I contact customer service?
Email customerservice@604records.com and we will work to get back to you as soon as possible. Please note during periods such as Marianas Trench day (Oct 3) there may be slight delays in communication due to the volume of requests.

How long will shipping take?
We ship out of Vancouver BC Canada. Shipping time depends on location. We ship Expedited Canada Post for orders in Canada. UPS Tracked Packet for the United States, and UPS tracked packet international for international orders.

Exchanges, refunds, change order.
All sales are final, we are unable to offer exchanges or offer order changes. In cases of damaged or missing product please contact customerservice@604records.com regarding refunds.

Can I pick up an order in person?
Unfortunately due to insurance reasons we are unable to accommodate pickups in person.

Stock status

  • In stock – we currently have this item in stock
  • Out of stock – the item is currently out of stock
  • Pre-order – the item will be released at a later date. We aim to ship slightly in advance so customers are hopefully able to get the item on the day of release.

I’m looking for an item that’s out of stock.
We do our best to restock items as fast as possible, however for some items such as vinyl records it may take longer to restock depending on the time required to repress them.
