How long will shipping take?
We ship out of Vancouver BC Canada. Shipping time depends on location. We ship Expedited Canada Post for orders in Canada. UPS Tracked Packet for the United States, and UPS tracked packet international for international orders.
Local orders may only be picked up every Thursday between 11AM-4PM. We are located in the Strathcona neighborhood in Vancouver, BC. Your Order Confirmation email will include the pickup address and what to do when you arrive for your order.
If you are unable to pick up your order in our allotted window, please email email@example.com and we will do our best to arrange alternate pickup details.
Exchanges, refunds, change order.
All sales are final, we are unable to offer exchanges or offer order changes. In cases of damaged or missing product please contact firstname.lastname@example.org regarding refunds.
- In stock – we currently have this item in stock
- Out of stock – the item is currently out of stock
- Pre-order – the item will be released at a later date. We aim to ship slightly in advance so customers are hopefully able to get the item on the day of release.
I’m looking for an item that’s out of stock.
We do our best to restock items as fast as possible, however for some items such as vinyl records it may take longer to restock depending on the time required to repress them.
