Shipping & Returns

General Shipping Information
All order shipments include tracking details, which are sent via email once your shipping label has been generated.

Regular shipping within Canada can take between 5-10 business days, and regular shipping within the USA and Internationally can take 2-3 weeks. Canada Post suggests that the maximum shipping time for a domestic package is 6 weeks, while the maximum time for a package to ship to the USA/internationally is 3 months. If you have not received your order within those maximum times, please contact us at store@604records.com.

Please track your order, as we are unable to reship or refund shipping for orders that are returned to us after attempted/unsuccessful deliveries.

CANADIAN ORDERS:
$10 flat rate - applies to any order containing one CD, t-shirt or photograph
$15 flat rate - standard rate for the majority of orders*
$20 flat rate - applies to larger orders, based on weight
* posters are shipped rolled in shipping tubes, and if ordered with other items, incur an additional $15 shipping fee within North America. International customers, please email us for custom rates! 

USA ORDERS:
$10 flat rate - applies to any order containing one CD, t-shirt or photograph

Local Pickup
We are pleased to offer free curbside pickup for our local customers! 

Local orders may only be picked up every Thursday between 11AM-4PM. We are located in the Strathcona neighborhood in Vancouver, BC. Your Order Confirmation email will include the pickup address and what to do when you arrive for your order.

If you are unable to pick up your order in our allotted window, please email store@604records.com and we will do our best to arrange alternate pickup details. 

Special Sales 
During online sales such as Marianas Trench Day & Black Friday, please expect delays in shipping times as the 604 shop team will be working as quickly as possible to fill all invoices in the order they are received. If you have selected a delivery system that includes a tracking number it will be sent to you. If you receive a tracking number, please note that this does not mean that your order has been shipped out yet. Due to high volumes, the tracking number is generated before the parcel is put together. Packages are bundled and boxed after shipping labels to ensure the general speed of all sale orders received during sales.

Return Policy
All sales are final, we are unable to offer exchanges or offer order changes. In cases of damaged or missing product please contact store@604records.com regarding refunds.
