The Suits XL
The Suits XL is a Canadian indie pop band from Quebec City known for blending catchy pop hooks with rock and new wave influences. The band, who selected their name as a way to poke fun at their frustration with the business side of the industry, have been compared to everyone from Sky to the Cure to the Cars. However, it is the group’s personality that emulates through their catchy pop hits such as “Play” that caught 604 Records’ attention. The Suits XL’s debut album, Quarter-Life Crisis, was produced by Grammy-winning duo the Berman Brothers and Juno Award Nominee Rob Heaney. Their energetic sound, hook-driven melodies and relatable songwriting helped them carve out a distinct niche in the Canadian music landscape.
